AUTISM SPEAKS: INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION
in 2012, we created an interactive experience featured at the Intrepid Museum in NYC for World Autism Awareness day for BBDO NY, and their client, the Autism Speaks Foundation. The installation, which used interleaved segments of video depicting a young girl, juxtaposed over an abstract environment, driven by user interactions. We combined the interactive video of a young girl with body tracking software and Kinect sensors, to create an experience where the girl on the screen would interactively avert her gaze away from the user whenever they tried to look directly at her. Client: BBDO NY/Autism Speaks, Grant Ave. Productions.
